tesa® 52320 R is a double-sided laminating tape with an opaque white PVC backing designed for precise cutting and die-cutting processes in the manufacture of sensitive test systems.
Description
tesa® 52320 R consists of a white PVC film (PVCH backing) coated on both sides with an inert, natural rubber-based adhesive. The low grammage of the adhesive enables extremely precise cutting and die-cutting without edge build-up and with a clean cut. The tape is specifically designed for laminating diagnostic test strips and helps prevent interactions with sensitive test media. Roll lengths of up to 10,000 m enable nearly continuous production, minimize downtime, and increase process reliability. An easy-to-peel, sturdy PP liner ensures reliable handling on automated equipment and in laboratory settings.
