1. Bluetooth Connection Problems
Problem: Devices cannot be connected via Bluetooth or lose connection during the test. Suggested solutions:
- Use original adapter: Make sure you are using the original adapter and cable.
- Software and APP: Install the official Pluslife APP or software. Here are some helpful videos:
- Bluetooth settings: Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your device and if the software allows access to Bluetooth devices.
2. USB Connection Problems
Problem: Devices cannot be connected to computers via USB or the connection is constantly interrupted. Suggested solutions:
- Check cable: Try using a different Type-C cable or another computer to check the connection.

3. Power Supply Problems / Device Does Not Start
Problem: Devices do not heat up properly or turn off after a short time. Suggested solutions:
- Use original adapter: Use the original adapter and cable that came with the device.
- Travel adapter: If you are in the USA, use a travel adapter that is compatible with the original adapter.
- Laptop as power source: Try powering the device through your laptop to see if it turns on.
- Record video: Record a video showing how you connect the device and what error messages are displayed. This can help with troubleshooting.
4. Invalid Test Results
Problem: Devices frequently deliver invalid test results. Suggested solutions:
- Completely dissolve reagents: Ensure that the reagents in the test card are fully dissolved before inserting the card into the device.
- Start the card immediately: Insert the card into the device and start the test immediately.
- Sample quality: Avoid collecting mucus during sampling, as this can lead to invalid results.
- Check results: Compare the results with successful tests and check if accessories or kit batches have been changed.
