tesa® 4541 is a highly tear-resistant, flexible, and uncoated fabric tape for a wide range of applications in both professional and home settings.

Description

tesa® 4541 is an exceptionally supple, uncoated woven tape featuring a 145-mesh rayon fabric backing and a high-performance natural rubber adhesive. Thanks to its high tear strength, good abrasion resistance, and strong adhesive strength of 3.6 N/cm, it adheres reliably even to rough and oily surfaces. The matte, open-weave structure makes the tape easy to write on, making it ideal for use as marking tape. With a thickness of 270 µm, a tensile strength of 90 N/cm, and an elongation at break of 16%, tesa® 4541 is ideal for heavy-duty fastening, reinforcing, and bundling tasks. The tape is classified as SE/NBR1 according to FMVSS 302 and is temperature-resistant up to 130 °C (30 min.).
