Description

The tesa 60630 aluminum adhesive tape is a flexible aluminum tape with a foil thickness of 30 µm and a transparent acrylate adhesive. It is specifically designed for bonding cooling lines and coils in the household appliance industry, as well as for joining and sealing in thermal insulation applications and for shafts, e.g., in the metal fabrication industry. The tape enables substrates to become electrically and thermally conductive, reflects heat and light, and provides a reliable seal against moisture, steam, and gas. Thanks to its high resistance to aging and flame retardancy in accordance with DIN 4102, Class B1, and UL 510A, it is ideally suited for permanent applications. Due to its high flexibility, it can be applied exceptionally well even on curved surfaces and offers excellent water resistance, good abrasion resistance, and high adhesive strength on various substrates.
