Description

The Sorbalgon® Classic/Sorbalgon® T Classic calcium alginate dressing is made from natural fibers derived from seaweed and stands out for its excellent compressibility. It is ideal for the care of all external wounds, including superficial, moderately to heavily exuding, and deep wounds, pressure ulcers, diabetic leg ulcers, venous or arterial leg ulcers, graft donor sites, and surgical wounds. The innovative alginate quickly absorbs wound exudate and forms a gel-like layer that creates a moist wound healing environment, accelerates the healing process, and helps stop bleeding. Thanks to its gel-like surface, the dressing does not stick to the wound and can be removed with minimal discomfort.
