Hard, open-cell polishing pad for rotary machines with 125- to 150-mm backing plates.
Description
The pad is designed for machine-assisted grinding and polishing of scratched and weathered paint finishes using rotary polishers—that is, for the step requiring the highest amount of material removal. It is hard, high-density, and open-cell.
The hook-and-loop fastener allows for quick disc changes, and the beveled sponge edge improves handling along edges and grooves. Its high polish-retention capacity reduces the need for reapplication. It is suitable for backing pads ranging from 125 to 150 mm and is designed to work with PROFILINE CutMax and SP 06-02.
Position the polishing pad centrally, do not overheat it, and never polish with high pressure or at a steep angle.
