SONAX PROFILINE Hard Random-Orbit Pad 125

Hard, high-density, open-cell polishing pad for random-orbit polishers with a 125-mm backing plate.

Description

The hard version is designed for the first polishing stage, where material removal is required: It guides the machine smoothly over the vehicle and reliably removes scratches. Thanks to good ventilation and a special cooling system in the center, the temperature remains low, which increases service life and heat resistance.

The hook-and-loop fastener allows for quick pad changes, and the beveled edge improves handling. The pad’s high polish-retention capacity reduces the need for frequent reapplication. The pad is designed for use with PROFILINE ExCut 05-05.

Place the polishing pad centrally on the backing plate; do not overheat the polishing area, and never polish with high pressure or at a steep angle. Blow off the pad regularly with compressed air during use and clean the pads regularly.
