Beschreibung

Die Filzscheibe ist stark abrasiv und für die Verarbeitung von Schleifpasten gemacht. Ihr Hauptzweck ist der Einsatz mit PROFILINE Glass Polish zum Entfernen von Kratzern aus Echtglas – eine Aufgabe, für die ein Schaumpad zu wenig Biss hat.

Ihr zweiter Einsatz liegt im Lack: Sie eignet sich zum Glätten von Orange-Peel, also der welligen Oberflächenstruktur nach einer Lackierung. Dabei arbeitet sie fusselfrei und kratzfrei. Der Durchmesser beträgt 127 mm, passend für Stützteller mit 125 mm; der Klettverschluss erlaubt den schnellen Scheibenwechsel.

Die Polierscheibe zentrisch aufsetzen, die Polierstelle nicht überhitzen und nie mit hohem Druck arbeiten.
