Silicone-free high-gloss finishing polish for random-orbit polishers, for single-step use or as a finish after ExCut 05-05.

Description

The polish is designed for use with random-orbit polishers and serves two purposes: single-step polishing of minor paint defects and as a finishing step following pre-polishing with ExCut 05-05. The result is hologram-free—the key criterion by which a polish passes or fails under inspection lighting. It is silicone-free and low-dust, ensuring short processing times.

The process is carried out in two phases, for which the manufacturer specifies precise values: first, with up to 5 kg of pressure at approximately 2,000 rpm for about 20 seconds, followed by 1–2 kg of pressure at approximately 4,000 rpm for about 120 seconds.

Shake the bottle before use and apply the product to a medium-sized eccentric pad, selecting one that matches the backing pad size. If necessary, sand down imperfections beforehand using P2000 sandpaper or finer grit.
