Description

Functional bandaging techniques using non-elastic adhesive materials are used in the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. Leukotape classic is particularly tear-resistant and non-elastic, has high adhesive strength, and is water-repellent.

The edges are serrated: With a quick tug, the material can be torn both crosswise and lengthwise—enabling quick application without scissors. Ergonomically rounded edges on the spool core ensure smooth unwinding. The tape consists of water-repellent cotton fabric with a zinc oxide-rubber adhesive. It contains natural rubber latex and colophony, which may trigger allergies.
