Description

Cuticell Contact is a silicone-based wound contact layer. It acts as a protective layer directly on the wound and prevents the overlying wound dressing from adhering to the wound bed—making dressing changes virtually painless and non-traumatic.

Because the dressing can remain in place for an extended period—up to 14 days, depending on the wound and treatment—the wound remains undisturbed, which promotes healing. The special perforated structure allows exudate to pass through to the secondary dressing, the transparency provides a clear view of the wound, and the flexibility ensures that the dressing adheres even to uneven surfaces.
