HydroTac comfort steril ist die innovative Lösung für die Behandlung von Wunden in der Granulations- und Epithelisierungsphase mit geringer bis mäßiger Exsudation. Dank der einzigartigen AquaClear Gel Technologie sorgt diese Schaumstoff-Wundauflage für ein optimales Feuchtigkeitsmanagement im Mikroumfeld der Wunde. Die Kombination aus einer gasdurchlässigen, flüssigkeits- und keimdichten Polyurethan-Außenhülle und einer speziellen Hydrogelbeschichtung hält die Wunde feucht, verhindert ein Verkleben und schützt zuverlässig vor äußeren Einflüssen wie Bakterien und Verunreinigungen. Das wundseitige Gel ermöglicht einen atraumatischen Verbandwechsel und der umlaufende, hypoallergene Kleberand sorgt für eine sichere, keimdichte Fixierung. HydroTac comfort steril eignet sich sowohl zur Versorgung chronischer als auch akuter Wunden und bietet maximalen Komfort während des Heilungsprozesses.
