Description

The Actimove Rhizo Forte gently immobilizes the thumb saddle joint (CMC) and thumb base joint (MCP 1) while maintaining the thumb in a functional position. The design effectively prevents thumb adduction—the movement that typically triggers pain in rhizarthrosis—while allowing the remaining four fingers and the wrist to remain fully mobile.

The moldable aluminum core allows for precise adaptation to the individual shape of the hand. Thanks to the Velcro fasteners, the orthosis can be applied with just one hand, which is crucial when symptoms affect only one side. The slim design with soft edges and stain-resistant materials is designed for extended wear.
